The task

To create an identity for the new, single online point of access for government services such as Medicare, Centrelink and Child Support created by the Department of Human Services.

The insight

We wanted to focus on this being a simpler way to make the government work for you.

The solution

We created an identity which delivered a familiar, contemporary online experience – vibrant, interactive and user friendly. We used clean, vibrant colours, icons and a straightforward everyday language style that communicates the service proposition simply and clearly – service as it should be.
