Our last three months have been our biggest yet. We’re growing, building momentum and building our team too – it couldn’t be a more exciting time for us.

We welcomed Arthur, Ane-Marie and Tamara to our account management team. Arthur’s worked at some of Australia’s most renowned creative agencies, while Ane-Marie comes to us with over ten years of creative agency experience. From FMCG to events like Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, Tamara’s managed creative projects for Australia’s top brands. We’re excited to see what they bring to the team.

We’re also writing more than ever before, with two new writers joining XXVI. Alex and Niamh have wrangled words for some of Australia’s biggest brands, London’s too, including Mastercard, LinkedIn, Victoria Police, The Body Shop, The University of Melbourne and The British Heart Foundation. They’re ready to craft a fresh tone of voice or tackle your next strategic campaign. And keeping these projects moving is our new Studio Manager, Kristan. She joins the Melbourne office having previously worked at marketing agencies for Adidas, Toyota, Mars and Beyond Blue.

With new projects on the horizon, we’ve brought on our new Project Office Manager, Yuri. She’s supporting our Melbourne team with a degree in Advertising, global experience and a talent for uncovering the truth behind a brief. Just ask her previous clients: Hershey’s, RMIT and Bellabox Australia.

New to Melbourne and Principals, Merrill joins the Insights team as our Qualitative Researcher. Originally from New York, she brings a wealth of knowledge having previously working for Hall & Partners, EVO and UK start-ups. She’s also completed two master’s degrees in Applied Social Research and Human Resources – a great mind to have on our team.

Even though we’re growing quickly, we’re always looking ahead. That’s why Hollie is here to help as our new Business Development Executive. She brings 13 years’ experience in customer service and administration and is ready for her next challenge in the world of branding.

As we move forward, it’s great to have so many new people on board, with fresh talent and perspectives to match. Welcome to Principals!
